Important Info:
Tables are limited! Tables are not confirmed until Table Fee has been paid. You can reserve your table and pay your table fee here.
Tables are provided, but coverings are not (and are optional - you can just set up on the bare table if you’d like). Sellers are responsible for setting up their table(s) on Friday, June 26, between 1pm and 7pm. Sellers MUST price all of their items prior to the sale. The Flea Market will be held on Saturday, June 24 and Sunday, June 25, from 10am to 4pm.
Sellers do not need to occupy their table(s) during the Flea Market. Rivertown will have volunteers running the event! We will take photographs of your table once it is fully set up and before the market opens to serve as reference photos for what you brought in.
Sellers are responsible for packing up and removing what hasn’t sold on Monday, June 29, from 4pm-8pm. If that time slot does not work for you, you are required to make prior arrangements with Rivertown for a different pick up day and time. Failure to pick up items by 8pm on June 29 or make arrangements for a separate pick-up time will result in your items being disposed of by donation to the local Good Shepherd shop or by throwing it away.
Rivertown will pay you for your sales, minus 25% sales commission, when you pick up your items.
You are able to sell anything you would like at your table, except: firearms or weapons of any kind, illicit or explicit material and items, etc. Please use good judgement - since the Flea Market is a family-friendly event, don’t bring anything to sell that wouldn’t be appropriate for a child to wave around saying, “Hey, Mom, look!” However, this does not include fragile items. Buyers will be advised that if they break it, they buy it!
